VirtuAssist Package Services Policy

Effective Date: April 8, 2025

Applies To: All Package Services and À la carte Services

1. Scope of Services

VirtuAssist provides virtual assistance services under clearly defined packages. Each package includes a set list of deliverables outlined in the service description. Any services outside the package scope may be requested as an add-on and billed separately.

2. Service Hours

Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM GMT.
Premium services or concierge-level support may include extended hours or 24/7 assistance, as specified per package.

3. Turnaround Time

Service turnaround depends on task complexity and package level.

  • Basic Plan: Up to 48 hours for standard requests

  • Business Plan: 24–36 hours

  • Premium & Concierge Plans: Priority turnaround, often within 12–24 hours

Urgent tasks may incur a rush fee if outside agreed-upon scope or hours.

4. Communication

Clients are assigned a dedicated Virtual Assistant or team based on their plan. All communication is managed via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp or Slack (Business & Premium only)

  • Emergency line (Concierge package only)

5. Revisions & Edits

Up to 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable are included in each package unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions may be billed at an hourly rate or agreed flat fee.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Subscription packages are billed monthly in advance.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 5 business days before the renewal date.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused time or partially completed months.

  • À la carte services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential and managed in accordance with our Privacy & Data Protection Policy. NDAs can be signed upon request.

8. Service Suspension

VirtuAssist reserves the right to suspend services if:

  • Invoices are overdue by more than 7 days

  • There is a breach of terms or inappropriate conduct

Services will resume once issues are resolved.

9. Updates & Modifications

VirtuAssist reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes.
