VirtuAssist Service Policy for Standalone Services

By purchasing this service, you agree to abide by the service terms outlined above. It is important to be aware of these conditions, as they define your rights and obligations as a user. 1. Overview

This Service Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of VirtuAssist’s standalone services. These include, but are not limited to, Email Management, Calendar and Scheduling Management, Data Entry, Travel Booking, Research Assistance, and Document Formatting.

Standalone services are one-time or short-term tasks that do not fall under an ongoing monthly plan. Clients purchasing these services agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Service Scope

Each standalone service is clearly defined at the time of booking and includes a detailed scope of work. Services are delivered based on the information provided by the client, and any deviations from the original request may require a revised quote or additional booking.

Common standalone services include:

  • Email Management (Inbox clean-up, tagging, prioritization)

  • Calendar and Scheduling Management (Meeting coordination, reminders)

  • Data Entry and Spreadsheet Updates

  • Internet Research

  • Travel Planning and Bookings

  • Document Creation and Formatting

3. Booking & Payment

  • Advance Booking Required: Standalone services must be scheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront to confirm and begin work. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.

  • Pricing: Prices are quoted per task or per hour, depending on the nature of the service. Quotes are valid for 7 days.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround time will be specified at the time of service confirmation and is based on the complexity and scope of the task.

  • For urgent requests, expedited service may be available at an additional fee, subject to team capacity.

5. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Each standalone service includes one round of minor revisions (e.g., formatting adjustments, small content tweaks) within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Additional revisions or significant changes in scope may incur extra charges.

  • If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, clients are encouraged to contact us within 2 business days for resolution.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and accurate delivery, clients must:

  • Provide clear, complete instructions at the time of booking.

  • Supply all necessary materials (e.g., login credentials, documents, templates).

  • Be responsive to questions or clarification requests during the service period.

Failure to provide required information in a timely manner may result in delays or cancellation.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 4 hours of booking may be eligible for a full refund, provided work has not started.

  • If work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on time spent or effort already rendered.

  • No refunds are available after delivery of completed services, unless the issue falls under our satisfaction guarantee policy.

8. Confidentiality

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. We will never share, sell, or distribute your data to third parties. NDAs can be signed upon request for sensitive or proprietary work.

9. Limitation of Liability

VirtuAssist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use a standalone service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
